Quick to use OakDoc PCLtoPDF Converter

step 1. Just clik the button "Add Files" or "Add Folder " to add document files into the file list, or you can move the mouse upon the file list and right press mouse, it appears the pop-up menu, then select button "Add files..." or "Add Folder... ", or you can drag and drop files from Windows Explorer, which has the same function. It looks like the following window.

step 2. After the docment files have been added into the file list, click button "Next". If you accept the default settings, you can click button "Convert" immediately to convert, or if you want to change settings, change it and click button "Next" to proceed to the next step.

step 3. When you click button "Next", it appears the following window. You can also click button "Convert" immediately if you accept the default settings. When all settings have been sured, all you need to do is to click button "Convert" to start work.

step 4. After process started, all buttons are disabled except the button "Help" and "About". It looks like the following window.

step 5. After process completed, it will open the PDF file automatically if you have checked "view after convert complete" in step 2, All the states of the PDF files generated during this process will appear in the list. And if you want to record this convert log, you must check"Record converted log", then click button "Finish" to end.
