| step 1. Just clik the button "Add Files" or "Add Folder " to add document files into the file list, or you can move the mouse upon the file list and right press mouse, it appears the pop-up menu, then select button "Add files..." or "Add Folder... ", or you can drag and drop files from Windows Explorer, which has the same function. It looks like the following window. |

| step 2. After the docment files have been added into the file list, click button "Next". If you accept the default settings, you can click button "Convert" immediately to convert, or if you want to change settings, change them. When all the settings have been sured, all you need to do is to click button "Convert" to start work. |
